Plug In Maybe uses an internal application, referred to as Band Manager, to assist with the management and automation of our social media presence, live events and related business activities.
This Privacy Policy explains how information accessed through Band Manager and associated services is used.
Information We Access
Band Manager may connect to third-party platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, through APIs provided by Meta Platforms.
Depending on the features being used, the application may access information including:

Access tokens and other authentication credentials are treated as confidential and are used only to authenticate authorised connections with relevant services.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information or data obtained through Meta's APIs.
Information may be processed using third-party services where necessary to operate Band Manager and Plug In Maybe's business systems. Such services are used only where required to provide the relevant functionality.
Public Page Information
Band Manager may access publicly available information relating to Facebook Pages, including venue names, Page identifiers and location information.
This information may be used to identify physical venues and associate those venues with relevant social media content.
Data Retention and Deletion
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.
Requests relating to information held by Plug In Maybe, including requests for deletion, can be made using the contact details below.

Third-Party Platforms
Use of Facebook and Instagram data is also subject to the terms and policies of Meta Platforms.
Band Manager accesses these services through Meta's authorised APIs and permissions.
